• receiving additional cash back when project is refinanced.
•generating a positive monthly cash flow from the project.
How much is the investment in each project?
The investment is dependant upon the investment strategy and the size and type of the project.
What is the normal rate of return for a project?
Our success is based on your success. Each project and return is based on the investment strategy and can vary greatly but our business model is to return 100% of the investment with no cash out of pocket ever and additional cash for each project when it is refinanced along with an equity position in the project.
What are the management fees for New World Real Estate Consultants, Inc.?
The fee is a tax deductible equity position with the client and their investment portfolio and is based on many factors.
What are the equity position factors?
The factors are unique to each client and are based on the desired return rate, the type of client (cash or credit), the amount of investment of each project and the aggressiveness of the investment strategy.
